Payments & cancellations
Effective 2026-10-06. These notices apply to learners, teachers and administrators.
Check before you pay
Check your subject, level, access period or session pack, the exact UGX total and payment recipient. A pending request, reference or proof attachment is not a confirmed payment. Keep the transaction record and use the academy payment-proof form; never share a mobile-money PIN.
Non-refundable policy
The owner’s standard policy is that confirmed subscription and tutoring payments are non-refundable. This does not override mandatory statutory rights. Duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, unauthorised payments and failure to provide the paid service should be reported for review; this notice does not predetermine the legal outcome or promise an automatic refund.
Send the payment reference, date and affected service to the contact below. Do not include unrelated financial or identity details. An administrator can inspect the payment and proof in the platform.
Subscriptions
Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not make an unused part of a confirmed period refundable. The current checkout is manual mobile money, not an automatic debit mandate. Existing paid access remains until the recorded expiry unless a lawful safety or account restriction applies.
One-to-one sessions
Paid packs provide session credits. A time is reserved only after booking a teacher’s published available slot. Before a scheduled session starts, the current booking tools allow releasing that time and returning the credit for rebooking. They do not create a cash refund.
For teacher absence, safety restrictions, missed sessions or a disputed completion, contact the academy for review. No additional cancellation fee or 24-hour deadline has been set in this policy. Already copied external meeting links may need the academy or teacher to revoke them at the provider.
